AI-Driven Strategies for Microbial Infection from Discovery to Therapeutic Design
摘要
Artificial intelligence has transformed the management of microbiological illnesses, from early identification to successful treatment. People around the world believe that microbe-borne diseases are highly contagious. People are employing AI-driven alternative remedies for chronic ailments alongside traditional approaches. These techniques lead to innovative ideas and a shorter cure-production process. This article describes deep learning models like RNNs and GANs. We can use these models to anticipate therapy efficacy and disease progression. AI, paired with proteomic and genomic data, improves the prediction of microbial targets. In simulated trials, RNNs cut errors in predicting infection patterns by 40%. GANs have cut antiviral medication production times in half, allowing for faster responses to newly identified viruses. Artificial intelligence is driving a revolution in the efficiency and simplicity of microbiological illness treatments.
