The landscape of humidity sensing has been transformed by thin film technology, garnering widespread applications in sectors such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and biological research. Zinc Oxide (ZnO) stands out due to its chemical stability and electron mobility, but it grapples with challenges such as slow recovery time and non-linearity. Complementary to ZnO, reduced graphene oxide (rGO) exhibits notable hydrophilic properties and a vast surface area, effectively enhancing sensor performance. Utilizing the hydrothermal method, nanocomposites of rGO@ZnO are synthesized to leverage the synergistic effects of these materials, addressing the limitations inherent in ZnO. 摘要

The sensors undergo thorough characterization using custom experimental setups, evaluating sensitivity, response time, hysteresis, and linearity across various humidity conditions.
