Indonesia as a country is known not only in terms of culture but also for its diversity of ethnicities, races, religions, and traditions. There are various identities on each island. One of them is the many types and varieties of dishes. Each region has its own characteristics and entities that attract tourists. Cirebon is one of the famous culinary destination cities. Culinary tourism offers various dishes with authentic distinctive taste. This research was conducted to examine culinary tourism’s top destinations in the city of Cirebon. The research method was exploratory research through participant observation. Observations were made on five types of culinary tours such as Empal Gentong, Tahu Gejrot, Mie Get, Mie Koclok, and Nasi Jamblang. Researchers visited the best culinary tourism destinations in Cirebon City. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The expected result is to provide an overview of the various types of culinary tours and the uniqueness of the culinary delights of the City of Cirebon and describe the philosophy and history behind these special foods.
