The emerging rise in the availability of different technologies and digitalization has led to the evolution of psychology and its treatment. This study aims to discuss mental health support through digital means and to present the barriers to accessing digital mental health treatments. A survey inspected 19 examinations that utilized computer-generated experience openness treatment to address explicit fears. The analysis and impact of various digital practices for mental illness treatment like virtual reality (VR), video or mobile games, artificial intelligence (AI), teletherapy, telepsychiatry, and other possible mechanics and services are discussed that are the global circulation of psychological therapeutics. The paper aspires to push the importance of digital treatments, their needs, assessments, and training corroborated with current statistics. We found that 47.1% of all students prefer psychological treatment using digitalization as their mental health is supported and prioritized by digital treatments available on the World Wide Web.
