In a cloud, there are issues when group data is shared. To identify genuinely who was involved in a fraud attitude (insider misbehavior) would be a challenging task. There are few studies on this but our novel key management strategy focuses on specific features such as performance, accuracy, and trustworthiness. The pin-points taken into consideration while sharing in the cloud are assigning the respective privileges to the members of the groups, tracking of reports that possess the sensitive information of the users involved in the sharing, monitoring of misconduct of any user or group using novel key management technique and alerting the report to the cloud owner. The novel key management technique records actions after level-wise incremental fashion as per member roles in the group. The specific metrics are evaluated and their results are visualized from which novel approach presented would have better values. The novel approach is designed through a pseudo procedure on the framed formulae.
