Academics and businesses alike have been paying close attention to sustainable supply chain operations because of several concerns, including social ethics, environmental preservation, and economic stability. Members of the value chain must carefully choose suppliers who align with their own aims to increase the chain's sustainable performance. Consequently, the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) of economic, environmental, and social factors must be considered when choosing and assessing sustainable suppliers. This study proposes a Fuzzy decision-making tool to evaluate the sustainability performance of suppliers using TBL. The suggested model considers criteria by integrating Fuzzy Set Theory, DELPHI, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and GRA (Grey Relational Analysis) in a novel approach. The usefulness of the suggested methodology is demonstrated by the implementation of sustainable supply chain operations in the Vietnamese agriculture industry. Fuzzy DELPHI’s results show that environmental costs, environmental competencies, information disclosure, and agility were excluded through expert assessment of their importance and influence. The Fuzzy AHP’s results revealed that product price and robustness are the most critical sustainable supplier selection (SSS) factors in Vietnam’s agricultural supply chain operations (SCO). And finally, Fuzzy GRA evaluates SU7 as the most sustainable supplier based on their efficiency in the procurement process.
