This paper proposes a sophisticated home automation system designed to enhance user comfort, energy efficiency, and overall convenience through the integration of a robust scheduling algorithm. To overcome the demand in electricity, proposes an advanced metering system with five basic modules to perform their specific task. The main objective of this proposal is demanding response technology intends consumers should have detailed electricity charges calculation mechanisms and adjust the usage of resources in peak time. The scheduling algorithm has been designed to reduce residential electrical cost. The main target of users focuses on decreasing the electricity prices, elevating the comfort level of users, upgrading the utilization of renewable resources and turning down the usage of power consumption in peak time. The objective of this paper is to commence the algorithms that do the analysis with different metering methods for better results and to develop effective and dominant models with the influence of IoT.
