This paper provides a review on the activities and achievements of the Arab Union for Astronomy & Space Sciences (AUASS) and the Arab astronomy in general, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the official foundation of AUASS (Silver Jubilee). The paper describes and discusses AUASS membership, AUASS electronic newsletters (AUASS News), AUASS webpage, AUASS Annual Meetings, and the international relations of AUASS. It also showcases the contribution of AUASS, whether by participation or organization, into international meetings, regional and international summer schools, science camps, and all events in relation to astronomical education, astronomy outreach, amateur astronomy, and astronomical heritage.
