We introduces a novel subclass of harmonic univalent functions utilizing the (p, q)-Ruscheweyh derivative operator. We derive a subordinate condition, establish coefficient inequalities, and determine the extreme points for this subclass. Additionally, we demonstrate that the subclass under consideration forms a convex and compact subset of harmonic functions.
