Understanding Virus Propagation in Computer Networks and Strengthening Security with Antivirus Programs for a Safer Society: A Mathematical Study
摘要
In this study, we present a comprehensive model elucidating the dynamics of virus propagation within computer networks, underscoring the indispensable role played by antivirus programs in fortifying network security for the benefit of society. The model intricately considers transmission and recovery rates, providing insights into how computer viruses disseminate through a network. Antivirus programs serve as the frontline defense mechanism, actively scanning files, eradicating infections, and curtailing further spread. The article explores the various aspects of antivirus software’s functionality, including virus prevention, eradication, and detection. For robust network security in the face of evolving threats from computer viruses in society, the continual adaptation and effectiveness of antivirus programs are emphasized.
