Study the Effect of Ibuprofen Loaded with Green Nanocomposite on Blastocyst Implantation in Female Albino Rats

The objective of this study was to prepare and characterize the green nanocomposite from Moringa oleifera and improve its biological activity to reach the target cells. The Moringa nanocomposite was diagnosed by atomic force microscopy (AFM), which indicated the success of the loading process, as the average particle size of the M. oleifera extract was 165.4 nm. As for the Moringa nanocomposite, 11.10 nm was the average particle size. As for the average particle size of the M. oleifera leaf extract in which ibuprofen was dissolved and the nanocomposite loaded with ibuprofen, the results were 166.6 nm and 155.8 nm, respectively. The experiment was conducted in the laboratories of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Life Sciences, where 40 rats were used, of which 10 males were used for fertilization only, and 30 female rats. Pregnant rats were placed in six groups, with five mice in each group, and the duration of the experiment was from October to February, which were dosed from the first day of pregnancy to the seventh day of it to know the implantation sites. Where the study concluded that the use of non-influential concentrations of free ibuprofen will have a clear effect on implantation in pregnant female rats after loading them on the green nanocomposite, both the control and treatment groups had similar outcomes on the seventh day of pregnancy due to the implantation and formation of the decidual tissue in the endometrium first in the anti-mesenteric region, which is a sign of the success of the implantation at the time the decidual tissue is at its highest level of development and advancement.
