In this paper, the theoretical model of thermal coupling of lightweight high-temperature resistant resin matrix composites is studied, a thermodynamic coupling analysis model is proposed by finite element method, and the thermodynamic coupling characteristics of typical high-temperature resistant resin matrix composites are analyzed, and the results of force-thermal coupling analysis are verified through experimental results. This paper is helpful to understand and develop thermal and force coupling analysis methods of the high temperature resistant resin matrix composites, and also for engineers and technicians to study temperature bearing performances of this kind of materials.
