In the digital context, the environment becomes highly variable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). The ambiguous and challenging learning environment imposes time pressure and uncertainty on entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial enterprises, especially innovation-driven ones, are more vulnerable to uncertainties and resource constraints. They must overcome these newly created weaknesses through entrepreneurial learning, improving resource structures, and enhancing innovation levels.
