The Use of Web Marketing to Promote Innovation in Agriculture
摘要
This research explores the growing relevance of web and digital platforms in the agriculture sector, emphasising their transformative potential in optimising operations, enhancing communication, and improving access to resources for farmers and stakeholders. With increasing digitisation, agricultural platforms have become critical tools in addressing modern challenges, in particular when speaking of micro and SME businesses, within an open innovation approach, promoting collaboration and helping businesses address innovation, sustainability, market access, and resource management. The study focuses on the architecture of these digital platforms, particularly the integration of user experience (UX) design principles to enhance usability and functionality. Through a case study methodology, the research examines the Interior + platform, a digital tool designed for agricultural communities. The findings confirm the theoretical framework, illustrating how UX-driven digital platforms can significantly improve user engagement and overall effectiveness. The Interior + case study reveals that applying UX design principles to platform architecture not only meets user needs but also positively impacts the agricultural sector’s digital transformation efforts, innovation and collaboration. This study provides insights into the value of well-designed digital platforms for fostering innovation and efficiency in agriculture.
