This research analyzes the “sales with purpose” campaigns implemented by Nestlé Ecuador in 2023. It evaluates how these campaigns have contributed to strengthening the corporate image and improving consumer perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. The study explores whether these actions reflect a genuine commitment or are primarily a marketing strategy. A mixed methodology was used. For the qualitative part, a comparative framework was established through a matrix to analyze the types of content disseminated during an advertising campaign and its reach across three digital platforms: YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. In the quantitative part, a survey was conducted among a sample of young people to evaluate the effectiveness of the communication and to understand how consumers perceive the Nestlé Ecuador brand and the reasons for consuming its products. The results reveal a high appreciation for socially and environmentally focused brands, especially among young people and women. This highlights the importance of continuing and strengthening these initiatives to maintain and improve the brand’s positive perception. Additionally, general guidelines are developed for future initiatives and research.
