Evolutionary Scenario of Brand Management and Communication, Through the Integration of AI: A Bibliometric Analysis
摘要
This article presents a systematic analysis of the literature—bibliometric analysis—of publications indexed in the primary databases—Scopus and Web of Science—to provide a comprehensive view of the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence in the field of brand management and communication in the last three years (2021–2024)—for the identification of authors, and key themes and emerging trends in this evolving field—using the Python program, text mining (an approach that extracts valuable information from extensive data collection semi-autonomously). During the study, 2737 articles were synthesized, which made it possible to demonstrate the relevance of the multifaceted dimensions of AI applications, ranging from sentiment analysis and recommendation systems to chatbots and virtual influencers, and their impact on brand perception, customer experience, and organizational communication strategies. The article suggests some areas that have been neglected, but that would lead to more research advancing in this area of study. This comprehensive study of the literature contributes to the body of knowledge on brand management, in the field of communication with the applicability of AI.
