摘要
This study provides a systematic literature review of current research on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) and Marketing. The primary aim is to synthesize existing studies, identify prevalent trends, and highlight emerging themes in these fields. The analysis reveals a significant increase in research activity, particularly from 2021 onward, indicating a growing academic interest in understanding the impact of AI on business practices. Key findings include the identification of core thematic clusters such as Digital Transformation in HR and Tourism, Employee Branding, Technological Innovations in HR and Marketing, and the application of Advanced Analytics and AI in Business Management. These clusters illustrate how AI is reshaping traditional business models by improving process optimization, decision-making, and organizational adaptability to dynamic market demands. Notable studies within these clusters address diverse applications, including the use of AI chatbots to enhance customer experience in tourism, the effectiveness of digital recruitment strategies, and the integration of AI in employee performance evaluation. The proposed model emphasizes the central role of Marketing and Branding as mediators between customers and employees, facilitated by the strategic use of AI and data-driven management practices, ultimately enhancing both organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
