With the continuous development of the space industry and the increasing frequency of human space activities, the number of on-orbit spacecraft has surged, posing significant challenges to spaceflight safety. The demand for on-orbit services, such as spacecraft resupply, maintenance, and space debris removal, is growing rapidly [1, 2]. As a key technology of on-orbit servicing, fly-around observation by server spacecraft can provide comprehensive information for subsequent rendezvous, docking, or capture operations. Consequently, many researchers have carried out in-depth studies on the control problem of spacecraft fly-around observation. For instance, Huang and Jia [3] proposed an adaptive finite-time fly-around tracking control method considering input saturation, which allows effective fly-around observation of the space target. Huang et al. [4] optimized the fly-around trajectory of server spacecraft with the goal of minimizing fuel consumption and time. They designed a full-state feedback trajectory tracking control law to achieve stable tracking of the optimized trajectory.

摘要
