Experimental Investigation on Bio-enzyme Enhanced Plugging Removal and Oil Recovery in Low Permeability Reservoirs
摘要
The integrated technique of plugging removal and oil recovery using bio-enzymes system is presented with the aim of addressing the issues associated with low permeability reservoirs, including “injection failure and production failure,” partial fracking fluid rejection and breakage, and reservoir plugging. Compared with traditional fracking fluid breaking agents and conventional water flooding, bio-enzymes has advantages such as efficient, green cleaning, and has good application potential in low permeability reservoirs. Based on the viscosity reduction experiment of crude oil and guanidine gum fracking fluid, two kinds of bio-enzymes were screened for compounding, and subsequent core plugging removal and oil recovery experiments were carried out with the bio-enzymes system. Core permeability before and after plugging was measured by the core plugging test to evaluate the plugging effect of the bio-enzymes system, and the oil recovery effect of the bio-enzymes system was evaluated by calculating the recovery rate. The experimental results show that 0.8 g/L bio-enzymes system (amylase: mannanase = 1:1, mass ratio) has a good plugging removal and oil recovery ability. Under the condition of 50 ℃, after the bio-enzymes system unplugging, the core permeability can recover to a certain extent, and the displacement pressure is reduced. In terms of oil displacement, the experiment shows that the bio-enzymes system can improve the oil recovery. Laboratory findings on the bio-enzymes system can provide a theoretical basis for the field application of bio-enzymes plugging removal and oil recovery integration technology.
