High-pressure sealed rotary joints have great use value in many fields, which can keep the internal pressure of the rotary joint as one atmosphere, and the external pressure of the joint can withstand 6–7 Mpa, which can allow the human body to work comfortably inside the joint. The high pressure sealing rotary joint has been designed by China Ship Scientific Research Center, but in order to further reduce the rotary torque of the joint at large depth, further research on the joint is needed. In this paper, based on the scheme of the institute, the optimization design of the joint is done, and the test analysis of its key components is carried out, and finally the whole joint is carried out.
