Annual Decline Rate is the key index in development effect evaluation and annual production schedule planning, and how to determine the true Annual Decline Rate quickly is also the hot topic for reservoir engineers. The current Daily Production Calibration method is extended by combining the fitting sequence and the fitting initial value of actual data, and a new method is proposed. Meanwhile, it makes available to calculate the Annual Natural Decline Rate and Annual Composite Decline Rate of oilfield to fit the daily level of production data. Two Examples of the Tarim Oilfield Company showed the new method has the good adaptability and the higher precision for both clastic rock reservoir and carbonate rock reservoir. The excellent fitting results inferred that the new method may be seemed as the selective method for current Annual Decline Rate calculation standard. In addition, cases of M oilfield inferred that the value of c in new method should be controlled in scope of 100 to 1000, and no larger than 1000, otherwise the larger uncertainty of results may be confronted.
