A Method for Rapid Prediction and Dynamic Evaluation of Tight Gas Well Productivity: A Case Study of Shenfu Gasfield
摘要
Productivity prediction and evaluation is one of the key points in the efficient development of tight gasfield. The existing theoretical methods and empirical formulas still have relatively large errors and high application costs. To solve these problems, based on the mechanics of fluids in porous media, this study establishes a flow model of fractured well with closed boundary, and uses rate transient analysis (RTA) method to fit production history, and then carries out the design of simulated productivity testing. Finally, a new method for rapid prediction of productivity of fractured vertical well in tight gasfield is formed, and on this basis, an evaluation process of dynamic depletion law in productivity is proposed. The methods have been applied in typical wells in Shenfu tight gasfield. The research and application results show that: The new method of rapid prediction and dynamic evaluation of productivity has good applicability, and can significantly reduces the working cost, the empirical formula of productivity evaluation of Shenfu gasfield has high accuracy, and it is found that the dynamic depletion law of productivity with time shows a tendency in the form of power function, correlation analysis also supports the above understanding effectively. What is concluded is that the new methods for rapid prediction and dynamic evaluation of productivity established in this paper can effectively improve the accuracy of gas well productivity prediction, and can also be widely used in the evaluation stage of the early stage of tight gas development and the production stage of new wells, which is conducive to the formulation and adjustment of production plan.
