In view of the platform-type well layout model of the well cluster field in Dagang Oilfield, combined with the problems of loose cementation and easy sand production in the loose sandstone oil reservoir, the high-efficiency and stable production-scale sand control completion technology in the well cluster field is developed. Research and development of delayed hydration additives for sand carrying fluids, extending the shelf life of sand carrying fluids from 24 to 48 h, reducing the amount of water and raw materials used for sand control single well sand carrying fluids, and achieving a savings of over 8% in sand carrying fluid usage. Supporting the research and development of multi-layer combination wire winding screen pipes and anti-clogging filling gravel, forming a well cluster field scale sand control completion technology suitable for the Gangxi Oilfield. By optimizing the operation process, maximizing the utilization rate of sand control equipment, reducing equipment relocation and installation, forming a factory operation mode, shortening the operation cycle by more than 20%, and ensuring low-cost, efficient, and rapid production of well clusters. The technology has been implemented 27 times on site, with a 100% effective sand control rate, and a cumulative production of 16,370 tons of crude oil.
