The main purpose of this chapter is to present some basic knowledge of almost Hermitian manifolds and several important subclasses of almost Hermitian manifolds such as Kähler, Bochner-Kähler, nearly Kähler, quasi Kähler, locally conformal Kähler, and quaternion Kähler manifolds. Furthermore, we present at the end of this chapter basic knowledge of Hopf fibration, symmetric spaces, Hermitian symmetric spaces, as well as Jacobi’s elliptic functions.

摘要
