In 1981, M. Kobayashi initiated a study of CR-submanifolds of a Sasakian manifold in Kobayashi (Tensor NS 35:297–307, 1981) and then he studied its geometry in a series of papers. Subsequently, in 1982, K. Yano and M. Kon studied these submanifolds of Sasakian manifolds in Yano and Masahiro (Kodai Math J 5:238–252, 1982) under the name of contact CR-submanifolds and proved a necessary and sufficient condition for a submanifold tangent to the structure vector field \(\xi \) of a Sasakian manifold to be a contact warped product CR-submanifold.

摘要
