Design of Environmental Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things Technology

With the development of social productive forces and the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to the impact of indoor environmental quality on health and work efficiency, and also put forward higher requirements for it. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to monitor the indoor environment effectively and evaluate the indoor environmental quality accurately. Based on this background, combined with the actual needs of home indoor environment monitoring, this paper designs and implements a set of home indoor environment monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, which can realize the monitoring of multiple indoor environmental characteristic parameters. The overall design of the Internet of Things home environment monitoring system is carried out, the overall construction framework of the system is proposed, the embedded hardware platform with LPCI768 as the microprocessor is built, then the design of the sensor acquisition module and the terminal application layer is described, and then the transplantation of the Linux operating system and the functional test of the user interaction graphical interface are completed.
