The railway bears the heavy responsibility of land transportation and is an important link to promote economic development. However, the traditional construction schedule management method is not enough to meet the needs of railway construction. This paper mainly studies the computer intelligent aided dynamic management of railway construction progress based on wireless network. Based on the analysis of project management requirements, this system combs and designs the standard business process of project management. Then, the overall technical architecture of the system is clarified. Based on the JAVA platform, MVC architecture pattern, SSH development framework, the project is designed and implemented using JAVA language. The checkout results show that all the functions of the system can achieve the expected development goals and achieve the expected goals of system construction.
