Blockchain technology provides a new financial resource management solution through its core characteristics - transparency and immutable, which is conducive to improving the inefficiency, high cost and security risks existing in traditional financial management. This study focuses on how blockchain technology can play a role in different financial management scenarios, using the immutable nature of blockchain to enhance the security of asset management, and simplifying cross-border payment processes through decentralized features. The findings reveal the significant potential of blockchain technology to improve the efficiency of financial resource management, reduce operational costs, increase liquidity, and improve data security and transparency. According to the experimental data, the resource utilization rate of the blockchain management system is 91.19% ~ 93.73%, and the number of errors reported by the system is less than 7 times, and the minimum is 2 times. Combining these experimental data, it can be found that the application of blockchain technology to financial resource management platform is a relatively objective method, and this method can also provide important decision-making reference for policy makers and enterprise practitioners.
