This article explored the application of digital empowerment technology in educational innovation network management systems, aiming to solve the problems of traditional educational management systems in terms of efficiency, resource allocation, user participation, and data security. By comprehensively analyzing the actual needs in the field of education and the limitations of current technological applications, this study proposed an innovative network management framework based on NLP (Natural Language Processing) empowering education. The introduction and experimental case analysis of this method have verified the effectiveness of the proposed framework and provided practical suggestions and strategies on how to optimize the direction of educational management systems. The experimental section of this article explored the impact of NLP empowering educational management systems on learning outcomes, interactive engagement, and student satisfaction through three experiments. In the first learning improvement rate experiment, the learning effectiveness of the experimental group students improved significantly, increasing from 50 points on the baseline test to 85 points on the average score indicator of the final exam. The second experiment showed that the frequency of interaction in the experimental group's learning increased from 10 times per week to 30 times, and the quality of interaction increased from 100 words per interaction to 300 words. In the final student satisfaction improvement rate experiment, the satisfaction scores of the experimental group students on the three indicators of system usability, personalized learning experience, and interactive quality were 4.5, 4.7, and 4.6 points, respectively, while the control group's scores on these indicators were 3.5, 3.2, and 3.4 points, respectively.
