The federation's visionVision is to ensure a minimum monthly earning of ten thousand rupees for each member. It has trained its members in organic farmingOrganic farming and supported it through convergence with various schemes. The federation has established milk collection and cooling units in collaboration with a dairy cooperativeCooperative, enhancing economic opportunities for the members. With the increased flow of credit, the federation encourages non-farm livelihoods by providing training. Even as its social action committeeSocial Action Committee (SAC) has shown vibrancy in addressing issues affecting women, the excessive focus on microfinanceMicrofinance has diminished scope for grassrootsGrassroots initiatives.
