Research on Reservoir Prediction Technology of Shiniulan Formation Shoal Body in Zigong Block, Southern Sichuan Basin
摘要
The shoal facies reservoirs of the Shiniulan Formation in the Zigong block are mainly marine-continental transitional facies deposits and have favorable reservoir-forming conditions. Many shale gas drilling wells in the region have seen gas test results in the Shiniulan Formation, indicating great exploration potential. However, there was little research on this layer in the early stage. The gas reservoir pattern was unclear. The gas-bearing range and scale of the reservoir were unclear, resulting in the development of this layer not being realized. In response to the above problems, relying on two and three dimensional seismic data and well data, using a combination of seismic and geology, and based on study of single-well reservoir characteristics. The seismic response characteristics of deep excavation reservoirs were simulated through seismic phases and forward modeling to establish a Seismic prediction model of Shiniulan Formation reservoir. On this basis, focusing on the limestone reservoirs of the Shiniulan Formation sandwiched by large sets of mudstones above and below. Through paleogeomorphological restoration and attribute analysis techniques, it was confirmed that three granular shoals were developed in the Zigong-Luzhou area that were highly controlled by paleogeomorphology to develop favorable areas. Through seismic facies characterization, it was confirmed that 15 grain shoals were developed in the Zigong area. On the basis of optimization of reservoir sensitive parameters, post-stack inversion was carried out to qualitatively and semi-quantitatively predict the favorable reservoir thickness and flat spread range. Based on the research results of seismic facies, paleogeomorphology, regional structure, well logging, seismic attributes, wave impedance inversion, etc. Favorable zones are selected to provide a basis for deployment of favorable targets for the Shiniulan Formation beach reservoir in the area.
