Aiming at the problems such as low manual handling efficiency, serious material distribution and empty tray return, production line congestion and irregular material consumption in cigarette factories in the tobacco industry, this paper proposed a smart logistics visualization platform for digital twins. By capturing the shortage signal from the sorting station and the production unit in real time, and closely combining the production plan information, the platform intelligently dispatches the AGV car to transport the auxiliary materials, and realizes the automatic feed of the coil package on site. Based on Solid works 3D design software and VC platform, the intelligent logistics separation virtual simulation system is built, and the digital twin model is built in Visual Components software, and the visual design of the information physical fusion system architecture based on OPC UA and Modbus protocol is completed. The system effectively improves the working efficiency of the distribution of auxiliary materials in the tobacco factory, and can provide a reference for the R & D design and transparent operation of intelligent logistics.
