Ubud as a Green Tourism Destination in Bali

The global demand for eco-friendly and sustainable travel is high. It is possible to make twice as much money when managing green tourism and green marketing. One of the elements of adopting green tourism in Ubud is the preservation of culture and indigenous knowledge. Analyzing Ubud as a green tourism destination in Bali is the goal of this study. Through an unintentional sampling survey with 100 respondents, information about both domestic and international tourist was gathered. Analysis was done using quantitative descriptive methods approach. The findings demonstrated that there was a notion that international visitors were actively participating in cultural events in Ubud. The environmental responsibility variable has the highest proportion of variation for foreign tourists. Domestic tourists believe that the residents of Ubud contribute to environmental sustainability. For domestic tourists, the environmental responsibility variable also showed the largest proportion of variance.
