Customer Satisfaction Analysis to Linen Service Quality by Laundry TX in South Kuta, Bali

In today’s competitive business environment, customer satisfaction plays a vital role in a company’s success and market share. This study focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with the quality of laundry service on TX company in Bali. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is employed to determine the level of customer satisfaction, represented as the percentage of satisfaction with Lena service quality in South Kuta. Additionally, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to assess customer satisfaction by evaluating the level of importance and implementation. A total of 56 respondents participated in the study, consisting of 30% women and 70% men. After analyzing the collected data, the study revealed a CSI score of 68.32%, indicating that customers were satisfied with the performance of x laundry services in Bali. The IPA results identified four quadrants. Quadrant 1 includes factors such as initial conditions, accurate bookkeeping, operating hours that align with customer needs, prompt information provision, responsive customer handling, effective complaint resolution, and the hospital’s responsiveness to customers. Quadrant 2 signifies the laundry’s understanding of customer preferences, returning the laundry according to its type, and prioritizing customer needs. Quadrant 3 represents high-quality laundry returns. Lastly, Quadrant 4 indicates the punctual pick-up of laundry. This research contributes to the field by focusing specifically on measuring customer satisfaction with the quality of laundry service TX’s in South Kuta. While customer satisfaction and service quality have been widely studied, there is limited research specifically addressing laundry services and their impact on customer satisfaction. The utilization of the CSI method in this study provides a systematic approach to quantitatively measure customer satisfaction. By calculating the percentage of customer satisfaction with Lena TX’s service quality, this research provides a clear and standardized measurement for evaluating customer perceptions. Furthermore, the application of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) adds originality to this research. By assessing the level of importance and implementation of various service attributes, this analysis offers insights into areas where the laundry service can focus on improvement to further enhance customer satisfaction. The identification of four distinct quadrants based on importance and performance provides a practical framework for understanding customer priorities and expectations. This research contributes to the field by focusing specifically on measuring customer satisfaction with the quality of laundry service TX’s in South Kuta.
