Research on Safety Performance Evaluation of Liquid Dangerous Goods Tank Vehicles Based on Multiple Source Data
摘要
Hazardous chemicals are essential materials for industrial production and people’s daily lives. The transportation of hazardous chemicals poses significant safety risks and is difficult to control. We need to establish a set of safety performance evaluation methods to objectively evaluate the intrinsic safety level of liquid dangerous goods tank vehicles. This article establishes a safety evaluation index system that includes four typical dangerous working conditions: velocity anomaly, high-speed turning, tire temperature and pressure anomaly, and tank body anomaly, with 10 main indicator parameters. We quantified the weights of indicators using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and established a two-level fuzzy overall evaluation model based on the multi-layer fuzzy overall evaluation theory. We conduct a safety evaluation and result analysis on a liquid dangerous goods tank vehicle, which has a positive effect on improving management measures and enhancing the intrinsic safety of the vehicle for the enterprise to which the vehicle belongs.
