摘要
A basketball player, a 30-year-old male, suffered the right shoulder joint dislocation in the basketball game accident. Emergency X-ray examination revealed anterior dislocation of right shoulder joint (Fig. 7.1). 3D-CT showed fractures of anterior and inferior glenoid (Fig. 7.2) and depressed fracture of the greater tubercle of humerus (Fig. 7.3). An MRI of the shoulder joint showed bony Bankart injury, Hill-Sachs injury of the humerus, and bone edema of intertubercular sulcus (Fig. 7.4). Diagnosis revealed dislocation of right shoulder joint, bony Bankart injury, and Hill-Sachs lesion.
