Keegan’s Disease Was Misdiagnosed as Rotator Cuff Injury
摘要
A 47-year-old female patient had a sudden sensation of right shoulder joint abduction and lifting weakness 1 week ago (Fig. 2.1). She presented to the hospital for treatment mainly because of the right shoulder combing difficulties, accompanied by local acid distension and mild pain. The symptoms gradually worsened. Since the onset of the disease, the patient has no symptoms in other limb joints and denies any history of trauma.
