Compared with clavicle hook steel plate fixation, minimally invasive loop steel plate suspension fixation under arthroscopy has unique advantages in treating acromioclavicular joint dislocation: it avoids the risk of complications such as large open surgical trauma, subacromial impact, shoulder wear and fracture, and rotator cuff injury. However, loop plate fixation surgery also carries the risk of postoperative loss of partial angle of the acromioclavicular joint, expansion of the clavicle tunnel, and even combined clavicle or coracoid process fractures.

摘要

Compared with clavicle hook steel plate fixation, minimally invasive loop steel plate suspension fixation under arthroscopy has unique advantages in treating acromioclavicular joint dislocation: it avoids the risk of complications such as large open surgical trauma, subacromial impact, shoulder wear and fracture, and rotator cuff injury. However, loop plate fixation surgery also carries the risk of postoperative loss of partial angle of the acromioclavicular joint, expansion of the clavicle tunnel, and even combined clavicle or coracoid process fractures.
