Diagnosis and Treatment Misconceptions of Posterior Dislocation of the Shoulder Joint
摘要
Shoulder dislocation is commonly caused by trauma, traction injury, epilepsy, electrical injury, psychosis, and other reasons. Especially in multiple injuries, attention is focused on open wounds, bleeding, organ damage, or fractures when treating patients. Anterior shoulder dislocation is relatively common compared to posterior shoulder dislocation, with a prevalence of 1–4% [1, 2]. Posterior shoulder dislocation is prone to missed diagnosis, with a missed diagnosis rate of up to 50–79%, with 34% of shoulder dislocation fractures, 2–13% of rotator cuff injuries, and 29–86% of reverse Hill-Sachs injuries [3, 4].
