We willWill expose the motivational problems with our basic methods to be employed in this introductory chapter. Throughout the treatise, our aim is to give explicit formulations and explanations to fundamental structures of reality or cosmosCosmos in which we humans are imbedded. Our methods are coming from mathematics; such a mathematics is sometimes called modern mathematics or pure mathematics, in the sense that it is not classical and applied mathematics. To be more precise, our methods come from the theory of categories and sheaves which were developed originally for algebraic geometry. In the following chapters, our study covers fundamental issues of physics, biology, and philosophy.
