Optimization Study of Key Structure and Parameters of Casing Scraper

Wellbore preparation is a very important operation process in well completion and oil testing operation, which can effectively remove cement and burrs from the inner wall of casing, and is of great significance to guarantee the completion tools to be lowered into the well and the packer to be seated effectively. In order to solve the problem of poor scraping effect of scraper in integrated wellbore preparation operation, finite element analysis model of scraper main structure and scraper was established, and simulation analysis of scraper scraping process was carried out, and the structural optimization design of scraper was carried out by using orthogonal test method with the following resistance as the performance index, and the optimal structural parameters were obtained: three-layer scraper, width of scraper is 60 mm, height of scraper is 27 mm, angle of scraper is The optimal structural parameters were obtained: three-layer scraper, width of scraper 60 mm, height of scraper 27 mm, angle of scraper 45°, three-layer scraper arranged in the direction of the second layer in different directions. The results show that the optimized design of the scraper structure parameters improves the chip-carrying capacity of the tubular column and reduces the lowering resistance, which is of great significance for the cleanliness of the wellbore of deep and ultra-deep wells.
