This paper introduces an innovative IoT-based health monitoring medical belt designed to enhance remote patient care by tracking vital signs in real time. Incorporating ECG, pulse oximeter, and temperature sensor, the wearable belt provides comprehensive health monitoring. Powered by an ESP32 Wi-Fi module, it offers a robust data transmission to cloud-based interface, allowing secure access to patient data. Continuous ECG monitoring aids in early detection of cardiac conditions, while the pulse oximeter tracks SpO2 and heart rate for respiratory health assessment. A temperature sensor identifies fevers or abnormalities. Real-time data is accessible through an IoT server-based web interface with dashboards and graphs, facilitating prompt medical intervention. Emphasizing patient privacy and security, the belt is designed for comfort and long-term use in both hospital and home settings, supporting proactive and personalized care, improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
