Women in the logistics and transportation industry face significant challenges that impact their ability to achieve and sustain resilience and sustainability in the sector. This study employs a combined scientometric and systematic literature review (SLR) approach using Scopus and Mendeley databases to investigate resilience and sustainability in logistics and transport during crisis periods, with a focus on women. The study has three primary objectives: (1) To explore the women in logistics and transport and sustainability research trend, (2) To identify key crisis for women in logistics and transport industry and (3) To propose effective strategies for addressing the crisis. The Scientometric utilising Scopus databases and obtain 621 final data while SLR analysis involved a thorough development selection using an advanced search approach on the Scopus and Mendeley databases, resulting in 10 final primary data sources, which were subsequently analyzed. The scientometric analysis highlights the intellectual structure, influential publications, and collaboration networks within this field. The SLR identifies critical themes, trends, and gaps in existing research. Findings reveal essential crisis issue, such as Gender Imbalance Crisis in Logistic Industry, Gender Stereotyping and Vulnerability. The study concludes with practical recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to enhance the participation and sustainability of women in this sector, emphasizing the importance of targeted support mechanisms and inclusive policies.
