Design and Working Modal Analysis of a Rotary Actuator System with Hydraulic Mutually Exclusive Function for Main and Standby Valve-Controlled Motor

This paper takes a certain type of valve control hydraulic motor rotary actuation system as the application background. Considering that the system has high safety requirements as the actuation subsystem in a certain type of aircraft flight control system, the main backup drive configuration is adopted. At the same time, considering the design requirements that the system can stably maintain the normal working mode when the control system fails and gives the working command of the main and backup channels. In this paper, we proposed a actuator system of a valve-controlled hydraulic motor in the form of a primary and backup with hydraulic mutual exclusion, and established a simulation model to analyze the working state commands and conversion of working state commands, verifying the feasibility of the solution, and further improving the safety of a certain type of rotary actuation system.
