A 30-year-old male presented with a firm proximal arm mass that had been increasing in size over 6 months. Clinical examination showed a 8 × 4 × 3 cm firm mass attached to the underlying deltoid muscle with no overlying skin changes. MRI was performed, followed by an incision biopsy which showed this to be a desmoid tumour. A wide excision of the mass was performed with negative margins, no adjuvant treatment.
