Systematic Review of Community Resilience Framework Related to Disasters
摘要
Disaster resilience assessment is critical to disaster risk reduction strategies and sustainable development efforts. This study presents a desk review analysis of 32 existing disaster resilience assessment frameworks to identify common themes, indicators, and measurement methods utilized in the field. The frameworks were systematically selected based on relevance, publication year, hazard focus, and type. Thematic analysis classified the indicators into ten themes, emphasizing social capital (84.4%) and economic dimensions (62.5%). Quantitative methods (47%) were the most frequently employed for measuring indicators. This study contributes valuable insights to enhance understanding of disaster resilience assessment methodologies. It informs the development of comprehensive and contextually relevant approaches to promote community resilience and sustainable livelihoods in the face of disasters.
