Groundwater, a vital natural resource, plays a pivotal role in maintaining ecosystems, meeting drinking water demands, and supporting industrial and agricultural sectors. Unfortunately, excessive extraction and contamination have caused alarming depletion levels in many regions. To tackle these challenges, this paper explores diverse groundwater recharge methods and their significance in sustainable resource management. The paper commences by emphasizing groundwater's importance as a dependable and resilient water source, especially in mitigating the impacts of droughts and climate change. While various artificial recharge techniques exist, their high costs typically necessitate government funding. However, this paper also highlights a cost-effective approach: regenerative agricultural practices such as the Saguna Regenerative Technique (SRT), which can be considered a non-conventional method of groundwater recharge. In conclusion, this paper underscores the critical role of groundwater recharge methods in addressing the impending water scarcity crisis and ensuring responsible groundwater resource use. By implementing appropriate recharge techniques and involving communities, policymakers, and stakeholders can play a pivotal role in preserving this essential resource for present and future generations.

摘要
