With the increase use of the linear motor in the electromagnetic launch, the demand of the motor with high-stiffness and strength, light-weight becomes urgently. Carbon fiber-composite material is widely used because of high-strength, low density, designability, which can be used in the large linear motor frame. The structure with multi-material will get deformation due to the large temperature difference. A linear motor frame combined with carbon fiber, steel, Aluminum alloy is designed. Analyze the influence of the large temperature difference on the deformation of multi-material structure by finite element simulation.
