The Characteristics of Sulfur Hexafluoride Liquid Supplement Gasification of Electrical Equipment

This paper aims to study the change of temperature and phase transition interface in the gasification process of liquid SF6 when supplying gas to circuit breakers and other electrical equipment containing SF6 in the power grid transmission and transformation project, and effectively solve the filling process of SF6 equipment in the power grid transmission and transformation project. Liquid SF6 in the gasification process, Temperature, pressure, flow rate, and environmental factors cause low inflation efficiency, long time, and waste of resources. The main research contents include a study of the multi-source parameter relationship in the liquid SF6 gasification process under the grid infrastructure construction scenario, and the use of COMSOL software to simulate the influence of temperature change on the phase transition temperature and phase transition interface in the bottled SF6 liquid gasification process. Provides a reference for providing proper temperature compensation and determining the location of the phase change interface during in-situ inflation.
