1200 kV High-Precision Standard Impulse Voltage Divider
摘要
Impulse resistor-type voltage divider is the preferred option as a standard impulse voltage divider due to its excellent long-term stability and dynamic characteristics, but with the increasing voltage level and physical size, it leads to a dramatic increase in the impact of the distribution parameters, the heating temperature rise and high-frequency response characteristics of the mutual limitation, and the performance parameters are difficult to meet the standard requirements. In this paper, a shielded resistor voltage divider is proposed. A high voltage resistor for shielding is arranged coaxially in the outer layer of the measurement high voltage resistor, and the number of turns and the turn spacing of the two winding resistors are the same, so that the voltages of the measurement branch and the shielding branch are equal at the same physical height. This structure greatly reduces the measurement branch of the ground distribution capacitance, and further improves the high frequency response characteristics of the voltage divider. A 1200 kV precision resistor voltage divider was developed, a simulation model for accurate calculation of distribution parameters was established, and experimental studies on the measurement performance of the voltage divider were carried out, and the results showed that the voltage divider had excellent response characteristics and scale factor stability.
